mini.mz ("the App") is an iOS application developed by Open Research AI that generates personalized animated emoji stickers from your photos. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Photos you upload: When you create an emoji pack, you voluntarily upload photos of yourself. These photos are sent to Google AI services to generate your personalized emojis. The photos are used solely for this purpose.
Analytics data: We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect anonymous usage data and crash reports to improve the App. This data does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising or tracking.
Purchase data: In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information.
What photo/face data the App collects: Users voluntarily upload their own photos, which may contain their face, for the purpose of generating personalized emoji stickers. The App does not perform facial recognition, extract biometric identifiers, or build a facial profile of any kind.
How photo data is used: Uploaded photos are transmitted to Google LLC via the Gemini API and Veo API (Google Cloud Platform, United States) solely to generate stylized emoji images and animations. The photos serve as an artistic reference — no facial analysis, identity profiling, or biometric processing is performed.
Third-party sharing: Photos are processed by Google LLC (Gemini API, Veo API). Google's handling of API request data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. API request data is not used by Google to train its AI models.
Retention: The App does not retain uploaded photos after submitting the generation request. Generated emoji files are temporarily stored on Google Cloud Storage for download to your device, then are not retained for any other purpose.
User consent: By uploading photos and proceeding with emoji generation, you consent to your photos being transmitted to Google AI services as described above.
Uploaded photos are transmitted to Google Cloud Platform (United States) for AI processing and are not stored by us beyond the generation request. Generated emoji content is temporarily stored on Google Cloud Storage and is not used for any other purpose.
Your emojis are stored locally on your device in an App Group container shared between the main app and the keyboard extension.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or any purpose other than providing the App's core functionality. Your photos are processed using the following services solely to generate your emojis:
You can delete your profile and all associated emoji data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete All Data). This removes all locally stored data.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

이 앱은 13세 미만의 어린이를 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 당사는 어린이의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
